Warranty

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Every NOCTRA watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

WHAT'S COVERED

Our warranty covers:
- Movement malfunctions and defects
- Manufacturing defects in the case, crystal, or bracelet
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or aging of materials
- Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts
- Water damage or moisture intrusion
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Loss or theft
- Batteries or straps (considered consumable items)

WARRANTY SERVICE

To make a warranty claim:

1. Email info@noctrahouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue
2. We'll assess the claim and provide instructions if warranty service is needed
3. Ship the watch to us using a tracked, insured shipping method
4. We'll repair or replace the watch at our discretion
5. We'll return the serviced watch to you

Shipping costs for warranty service are covered by the customer. We cover return shipping once the service is complete.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) for warranty service. Warranty coverage begins from the original purchase date.

REPAIR TURNAROUND

Most warranty repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue.

AFTER WARRANTY EXPIRES

Once your warranty period ends, we still offer repair services for a fee. Contact us for a quote on out-of-warranty repairs.

NON-TRANSFERABLE

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
