What movement is used in NOCTRA watches?

All NOCTRA watches feature genuine Miyota 8285 automatic movements, known for their reliability and precision. These Japanese movements offer excellent timekeeping and a smooth sweeping seconds hand.

What materials are used?

Each watch features a 904L stainless steel case and bracelet, sapphire crystal, and premium Japanese movements. 904L steel is the same grade used by luxury Swiss manufacturers and offers superior corrosion resistance.

Are the watches water-resistant?

NOCTRA watches have basic splash resistance but are not designed for swimming or submersion. We recommend keeping them away from water to ensure longevity.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping within Canada typically takes 2-6 business days. US orders take 5-10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I customize my watch?

Currently we offer our curated collection of dial colors. Custom modifications are not available at this time.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including movement malfunctions and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or water damage.

How do I care for my watch?

Store your watch in a cool, dry place when not wearing it. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or magnets. We recommend professional servicing every 3-5 years to maintain optimal performance.
