RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn watches in original condition. The watch must include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.

HOW TO RETURN

Email info@noctrahouse.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different watch, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Custom modifications and personalized engravings by the customer cannot be returned.

Watches with signs of wear, scratches, or damage are not eligible for return.

WARRANTY claims are separate from returns - see our Warranty page for details.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@noctrahouse.com before returning your item.

Returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.

Please note: This right may not apply to made-to-order or personalized watches where permitted by applicable law. In-stock watches may still be eligible for withdrawal rights where required by law.
